Job Description:

As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for helping define and drive the design of state services or applications. You will reveal what our users need from our services by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive and seamless.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and co-lead primary and secondary user research by facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
  • Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
  • Organize and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Conduct market and ethnographic research.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics and approaches.
  • Challenge the “status quo” and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Present and promote research findings to program owners and business stakeholders.

  • Supporting Build, test & delivery of the mobile code
  • Building & maintain software infrastructure
  • AWS (certification strongly preferred) deployed services, delivering & deploying mobile applications (not a mobile role), Terraform, Jenkins, aspects of CI/CD (not a devops role)

Responsibilities:

  • Project: Building mobile CI/CD tooling used by all mobile devs.  Provide tools so mobile teams can build their apps for release.
  • AWS Cloud Engineer supporting mobile teams and their environments for deploying
    • Maintain and make tooling available
    • Run scripting
    • Highly regulated environment
    • Supports mobile teams, but is NOT mobile development
    • Managing and supporting deployment environments and deployed applications

  • Proficiency in Core Java (preferably version 8 or higher), Spring boot (preferably version 3 or higher) and Relational Databases
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and integrating secure RESTful APIs.

  • API Development and Integration: Create and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between backend and third-party services.

  • 4+ years of experience working in Azure cloud environments.
  • High skills at query, index and performance tuning, stores procedures, and SQL coding.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, data engineering, etc.)
